1. Introduction

Account Verification (KYC)

12jet may require you to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) before you are permitted to deposit funds, withdraw winnings, or access certain platform features. If your account is closed by 12jet due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been settled.

10. Limitation of Liability
