About 12jet

Who We Are

12jet is an online gaming platform built from the ground up for the Bangladesh market. We launched with a single conviction: Bangladeshi players deserve a fast, secure, and feature-rich gaming destination that speaks their language and understands their preferences. From the Bangladesh Premier League to the ICC T20 World Cup, cricket is woven into the fabric of daily life here — and 12jet was designed to be there for every boundary, wicket, and match-winning moment.

Since our founding, 12jet has grown into a comprehensive gaming hub where tens of thousands of players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and across Bangladesh come to bet on cricket, spin the reels, play live casino tables, and enjoy crash games — all through a mobile-first interface designed for everyday smartphones. We are proud to serve the Bangladeshi community with localized payment options, Bengali-friendly customer support, and promotions timed to moments that matter — Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and big BPL match days.

Our Mission

Our mission at 12jet is straightforward: to deliver the most enjoyable and trustworthy online gaming experience to every adult player in Bangladesh. We believe that great entertainment should never come at the cost of safety, fairness, or transparency. Every game on our platform uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology, and every transaction is protected by industry-standard SSL encryption. We never cut corners on security, and we never compromise on the quality of what we offer.

We are equally committed to responsible gaming. We take our duty of care seriously — providing players with tools to set deposit limits, manage their playing time, and seek help if gambling ever stops being fun. 12jet is a platform for entertainment, and we actively promote the principle that gaming should always remain within comfortable personal limits. Players must be 21 years or older to register and play on 12jet.

What We Stand For

• ✦Fairness — Every game outcome is determined by certified RNG technology, ensuring no manipulation and a level playing field for all players.
• ✦Transparency — Our terms, bonuses, wagering requirements, and withdrawal processes are clearly stated with no hidden conditions.
• ✦Responsibility — We invest in responsible gaming tools and support resources, because player wellbeing matters more than short-term revenue.
• ✦Innovation — We continuously improve our platform, adding new games, faster payment methods, and better mobile experiences based on player feedback.

Built for Bangladesh

12jet was designed with the Bangladeshi player at the centre of every decision. We know that our players primarily access the internet on Android smartphones over mobile data networks. That is why our platform is optimized for low-bandwidth connections, light page loads, and smooth one-handed navigation on small screens. Whether you are following the Bangladesh Tigers in a Test match from Dhaka or checking live casino odds from Cox's Bazar, 12jet delivers a seamless experience without lag or frustration.

We support all major local payment methods so that depositing and withdrawing is never a barrier to enjoying your gaming experience. Transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) are processed quickly, and our minimum deposit thresholds are kept low to make the platform accessible to players at every level. We also run frequent promotions tied to Bangladesh's biggest sporting and cultural events, including BPL season, Eid celebrations, and Pohela Boishakh.

Our Commitment to You

At 12jet, we treat every player as a valued member of our community. Our customer support team is available around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — to assist with account queries, payment issues, game questions, and anything else that might come up. We aim to respond to all support enquiries within minutes, not hours. Your time matters, and so does your experience on our platform.

We are continuously improving 12jet based on player feedback. New games are added regularly, promotional offers are refreshed frequently, and our mobile app experience is under constant refinement. We are committed to being the best online gaming platform for Bangladesh — not just today, but for years to come. Thank you for being part of the 12jet community. Play smart, play responsibly, and enjoy every moment. 21+ only.
